1. EABHTA is a provider of beauty & holistic therapy qualifications, short courses are accredited either through
the Guild of Beauty/Holistic Therapists, or Associated Beauty Therapists

2. O.F.Q.U.A.L. Courses are accredited through V.T.C.T. Terms & Conditions for V.T.C.T. courses can be viewed
separately SHORT/CPD COURSES

3. Courses are available to all over the age of 16.

4. Students are required to complete a booking form to confirm their attendance on a course; failure to do so may mean
availability of a place is withdrawn.

5. We request that all students fully disclose any medical conditions; this is for their comfort and safety.

6. A non-refundable booking fee of £50 is required to secure your place on a course; the remainder of the course fee is due
in full 14 days prior to course start date.

7. EABHTA comply fully with the Data Protection Act, personal details are stored securely and never passed on to a third
party. We are registered with the I.C.O.

8. Students who cancel a course more than 14 days prior to the start date will receive a refund, minus the booking fee

9. It is the responsibility of the student to check they can obtain the necessary insurance cover once certificate is achieved.

10. For most courses,* EABHTA will provide all necessary equipment and products essential for training. However, case studies are
completed after training, so students will need to purchase their own to be able to complete them. EABHTA are happy to provide
advice and guidance for purchasing, and will prepare a kit at cost price if the student prefers.

11. *For some courses, students will need to purchase some items in advance; this includes Lash extensions, Lash lifting, Brow extensions,
Microcurrent and Microdermabrasion equipment, Acrylic & Hard Gel Nail Systems.

12. Certificates will be issued within 14 days of achievement.

13. Written theory is provided online; students may print it off if preferred, although all written tasks can also be completed online.
All  learning materials remain the property of EABHTA, and must not be copied or reproduced without permission from EABHTA.
